Disorganisation is a common cause for stress and anxiety. Let’s look at some easy to implement ideas:

  • Limit the inflow of emails in your inbox. Unsubscribe from newsletters you do not really want or never read. Why do you keep them?
  • Rather than keeping everything, ask yourself why you should not delete that or throw it away?
  • Anything you must keep, scan it to pdf, name it properly, organise it with a document management program.I know it is scary, but once scanned throw away or shred the paper document.
  • Create a paper based filing system for most important documents, but keep it as simple as you can.
